The title register is a legal document that shows the ownership details of a property. The title register includes important information such as a description of the property, the names of the current and previous owners, and any restrictions or easements that apply to the property.
£14.00 – Title plan:
A title plan is a plan based on Ordnance Survey mapping that shows the boundary of the area of land in a registered estate. It graphically shows information that is contained within the property register and must be viewed in conjunction with the register document.

This is both, title register and title plan combined.
£14.00 – Map Search:
The Map Search facility provides customers with the ability to view boundaries overlaid on Street maps and Aerial Photography, order copies of Title Registers and Title Plans for properties and land without a postal address and where the Title Number is not known.
£14.00 – Deed Search:
The Registry of Deeds keeps information about land that is not registered in Land Registry.
£20.00 – Flood risk Alert:
A flood risk alert is a conveyancing search that will show you if a property is in an area at risk of flooding.
£20 – Property Alert:
You can sign up to get property alerts if someone applies to change the register of your property, for example if someone tries to use your property for a mortgage. This will not automatically block any changes to the register but will alert you when something changes so that you can take action.
